2. WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN 3 PROJECTS?

Send us the entire list. Depending on the scope, we may recommend a Property Power Half-Day™ or Property Rescue™ instead.

3. ARE MATERIALS INCLUDED?

Unless specifically stated in your quote, materials are separate. We'll identify known material needs before the work begins whenever possible.

4. WHAT IF EVERYTHING CAN'T BE FINISHED IN ONE VISIT?

Project completion depends on the type, size and condition of the work. If additional time or services are needed, we'll discuss the next step with you.

5. CAN I ADD SOMETHING TO THE LIST WHILE YOU'RE THERE?

Absolutely. Show your handyman what else needs attention. If it can reasonably be handled during your scheduled visit, we'll let you know. Otherwise, we can discuss additional service.
